22/11/2009 12:50 AM

the post, Maxey scored on Schenscher - who checked back in with five minutes to play – then doubled the dose on the next play and drew the foul to put the Blaze in front for the first time since it led 9-7.

Maxey hit the match winner with 40 seconds to play and the crowd went wild after witnessing one of the greatest comebacks the NBL has seen.

Both sides have the full week to rest before what shapes as a scintillating rematch next Saturday in Perth.
